They will be held on October 18, 19 and 20 and feature pink-coloured desserts and savoury offerings as well as a pink sparkling wine from Lerida Estate or pink cherry cocktail, created with Underground Spirits.
The pink coloured desserts include strawberry shortbread ribbon biscuits, rosewater macarons, pink grapefruit curd tartlets, raspberry madeleines, pomegranate pannacotta and rosy peach cheese dome.
Savoury morsels will include peri-peri chicken pink aioli wrap, Ccmpressed watermelon olive and feta canape, duck radish chimichurri and mushroom canape.
The afternoon teas will be 11.30am to 1.30pm or 2.30pm to 5pm over the designated three days in the Tea Lounge.
The cost is $75 per person, with 20 per cent of the proceeds to be donated to the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
